TechConnectSA ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Kazim Ali Khan (ABN 88 383 099 375), trading as TechConnectSA. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.
The only personal information we collect directly through this website is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, organisation, email address, the service you're enquiring about, and any message you write. We don't run analytics or advertising scripts on this site. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam and bots, which may collect technical information about your device and browser (such as your IP address) and set a cookie for that purpose.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the relevant service. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and are accessible to us for the purpose of responding to you. If we exchange further emails, those are stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@techconnectsa.com.au to make a request.
As a sole trader with turnover under the relevant threshold, TechConnectSA is not required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We've nonetheless written this policy in that spirit, because it's the right way to handle your information regardless of the legal threshold.
